Our priority at Hampa Energy Engineering and Design Company is to pay attention to health, safety and environment issues. Given the mission of the organization, we believe that proper HSE performance is an integral part of the overall management of the organization and that an effective HSE system will lead to increased productivity, quality and profitability. Our approach is to achieve sustainable development, create a safe and pollution-free work environment, improve the quality of the work environment and, most importantly, consider all HSE requirements in the company’s design and engineering activities.
In this regard, we have taken steps to establish the OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management System and the ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System in the company.

• Involving all stakeholders, including employees, customers, contractors, etc., in order to continuously improve the health, safety and environmental management system
• Allocating the necessary financial, human and organizational resources to achieve the commitments Company Safety, Health and Environment
• Needs assessment and provision of required training related to safety, health and environment for stakeholders
• Paying attention to changes in national and international laws and regulations and implementing change management in all processes
